OUR FAQ

Your Questions, Answered Honestly.

We believe the best flooring experience starts with clarity. No runaround, no vague answers. Just straight talk about our process, our work, and what you can expect when you work with us.

What does the consultation process look like?
We start with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We come to you, take measurements, walk through your space, and listen to what you actually need. From there we bring samples and help you visualize the finished result before anything gets ordered or scheduled.

Why does subfloor prep matter so much?
The subfloor is everything. A beautiful floor installed over a poorly prepped surface will show its problems within a year: gaps, creaking, uneven wear. We don't skip that step. Every project starts with a thorough inspection and any prep work that needs to happen before a single plank goes down.

What do I need to do to prepare before your crew arrives?
We'll walk you through it during the consultation so there are no surprises. Generally that means clearing the space of furniture and personal items. We handle the rest, including protecting areas of your home we aren't working in.

What if something doesn't look right after the job is done?
We do a full walkthrough with you before we consider any job complete. Every edge, every seam, every transition. If something isn't right, we make it right. No runaround, no extra charge.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, and we're happy to provide documentation before any project begins.

How far in advance should I book?
It depends on the season and project size, but we recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for larger residential or commercial jobs. Contact us and we'll give you an honest timeline.
